Couple Intimate Adventure Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Couple Intimate Adventure handles information when you use the iOS or iPadOS app. Information independently processed by Apple or another service provider is governed by that provider's policy.

2. Information Processed Locally

To provide game and personalization features, the app stores the following on your device:

• Couple names and custom prompts that you enter;
• Board-game saves, results, completed-task counts, and sweetness statistics;
• Music and sound settings and your adult-confirmation status;
• Recent draw history used to reduce repeated prompts.

This information uses local storage provided by iOS. It is not used to create an online account or a cross-device profile.

3. Collection, Uploading, and Sharing

The current version has no account service, advertising platform, third-party analytics SDK, or tracking SDK. It does not request access to contacts, location, camera, or microphone, and it does not actively upload, sell, or share your local decks or game data.

If a future version adds networking, analytics, advertising, or third-party services, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled and any required notice or consent will be provided.

4. Import, Export, and the System Clipboard

When you choose to export a deck, the selected text is written to the iOS system clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. Once content leaves the app, clipboard retention, syncing, and access are controlled by iOS, your device settings, and other apps you use. The app does not automatically read the clipboard in the background.

5. Retention and Deletion

Local data remains until you delete or clear it from the deck screen, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling normally removes the app's local data. Data restored from a device backup is controlled by your Apple backup settings.

Because the current version does not upload this data to an app-operated server, the app generally has no remotely stored personal data to access, correct, or delete.

6. Adults Only

This app is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region. Adult confirmation is a local self-declaration. The app does not collect your date of birth or identity documents and does not perform identity verification. Anyone who does not meet these requirements must not enter the interactive features.

7. Responsibility for Custom Content

Custom decks are intended for local use only. Do not add illegal, infringing, abusive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use comply with applicable law and respect every participant's consent, boundaries, and safety.

8. Security

The app uses the system app sandbox for local storage. Keep your device passcode secure and your operating system updated. No storage method is completely secure, and jailbreaking, malware, shared devices, or insecure backups may increase risk.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may stop using the app, delete custom decks, or uninstall the app at any time. Contact us if you have questions about this policy, the app's data handling, or privacy rights that may apply where you live. The app will not discriminate against you for making a privacy inquiry.

10. Policy Changes

This policy may change when app features or data practices change. Material updates will be communicated through release notes, an in-app notice, or another reasonable method, and the revised effective date will apply.
